Cozy, 2BD haven in heart of Tampa | Free Parking!

The unit itself was sufficient, rugs stained. The location is great for visiting U Tampa. Pool closed for three of four days there. Black haven management claimed they were unaware but when speaking to complex staff they said tenants were well aware of pool area being power washed. Washing machine also was broken for entire stay. Took a whopping 100 of my four day stay. No one picked up the phone to deal with problems just text service.

Need down load latch door app and do some search to understand. I am the first time to use it tooks me few days to understand. It will difficult for the first time use it.

Host was very communicative, explained how to get into the apartment and where to park. The apartment was a delight! Very spacious, clean, and modern. It overlooked the pool. If you’re planning to use the kitchen, be aware that basics are provided, but MORE than ample storage spaces for your groceries and belongings!!! I swear the closets could practically be another bedroom!

This was a great apartment for the family - well located for all of the fun things to do in Tampa. The team are super responsive to all of my questions.
