The communication was Great. little tricky on the App and didn’t have but was finally able to get the door lock app to down load. i’m sure it was my fault. Great Location and super clean. highly recommend.

Both the host and property are A. Check in process was very easy, the property is in a fantastic location, the condition of the property was spotless. The experience here was exactly why I prefer VRBO over traditional hotels

The condo was beautiful, could use a little more home touches ( more hangers, cooking essentials) but overall we loved our stay. Host had AMAZING communication which made the check-in process a breeze. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay!

Very cumbersome Latch app to get in and out of stairwells, garage, apartment. My son was never able to get it working on his phone. Owner tries to assist but I think it's a system issue. Quiet location except for construction next door. Didn't use facilities because we were at a convention all day. Pots and pans are the cheap non-stick and they are all scratched so you can't use them. They are carcinogenic. Kitchen is not cooking friendly, didn't even have a hot mitt. Good for business travel if you just want toast and coffee in the morning. Barebones minimum. If that's all you need, it's good.
