Relaxing & Luxurious Stay | Steps from Downtown!

Spacious unit with all the amenities.

We stayed here for SEC tournament 3 nights. The property is as described, plenty space and clean. Old remodeled textile mill converted to apartments. It’s very loud due to loft style and no insulation. We checked in and gained access to apt after hours using a code supplied by host. Supposed to be key fob inside which we would use for entry subsequent days. No key fob. After contacting host she said she’d try to get a fob to us. Left at noon for that days games. No fob provided yet. Upon return in pouring rain at 11 pm tried to use codes provided prior day. None worked. Tried to call host. Listed number is fax #. Stood in rain almost an hour walking and trying various doors. No entry. Finally someone else came up and we followed them in. Soaked and dripping found key fob in kitchen. Left third day for games upon return again in rain. The key fob did not work. Tried multiple doors. No go. After 30 minutes this time someone came in and would let us in. So as you can see this was an unsatisfactory process. Since we had no fob or working fob we could use no amenities at property. Also there is no parking garage as listed in property description. There is gated parking area which we had no way to access. Also the property campus is large and poorly lit in visitors parking area which is all we could access

It was just an overnight for a concert in Greenville and the drive was short but the place was perfection!

The property is a new 2br 2bath loft. Host was very communicative. It’s an easy drive to downtown Greenville. Everything was sparkling clean, This is a loft so the bedrooms have very high ceilings with some opening to the rest of the unit. Visually the bedrooms are very private but you can hear what’s going on so if you have an early riser and a late sleeper and you need to use both bedrooms plan accordingly:) we didn’t use any of the buildings amenities during our short stay but it seems to be well appointed.

My partner and I were looking for an affordable place for NYE last minute and found this condo. It worked out perfectly!
